Nothing like a last minute extra – just stepped in to moderate a great discussion with the excellent Herke Kranenborg and Yann Padova after their two co-speakers were unfortunately prevented from attending the CEDPO Conference (no, it wasn’t meant to be a “manel”).
Great exchanges on the pragmatism and complications of the SRB judgment of the Court of Justice and on the outlook for EU-U.S. data transfers after the Latombe judgment of the General Court.
Tomorrow, I’ll be talking about the GDPR and DMA interaction… and what the new Commission-EDPB Guidelines mean for everyone (gatekeepers and non-gatekeepers alike). Not a last minute intervention this time, but those Guidelines sure will make the panel discussion slightly different and even more topical!
