- EDPB data breach notification form template: This is a web demo of the new template by the European Data Protection Board for a personal data breach notification form, aimed at consolidating practices from across all EU Member States for the reporting of personal data breaches under the GDPR. The template is subject to a public consultation until 5 August 2026, so reach out if you would like help in contributing to the public consultation.
