1?? First, an IAPP web conference on adtech where I will be speaking alongside Dr. Sachiko Scheuing (with Joe Jones as moderator). “Adtech: Practical takeaways from recent EU developments”, on 7 May 2024 (4-5pm CET; 10-11am Eastern US).

2?? Then, an even deeper dive on “Adtech & Metrics: EU Law Evolutions and Tomorrow�s Legal Strategies” (2h complimentary webinar on 16 May 2024, from 3 to 5pm CET / 9 to 11am Eastern US).
Organised by Keller and Heckman LLP.
In-depth discussion on legal strategies based on new legislation (DMA, DSA), regulatory positions (again, “Pay or OK”; ePrivacy and more) and case law in the field (CJEU but also national authorities and courts, re GDPR and broader data protection matters), and broader questions concerning the field today (notably on monetisation, addressibility & attribution).

3?? Afterwards, on 24 May 2024 at CPDP 2024, I will be part of a panel on “Where are we heading? Looking into the EU strategy for data through the lens of AI and data protection”.
